Worlds shortest Dojo 1.1 widget-writing tutorial

This is an attempt to be the worlds shortest tutorial on how to write your own Dojo 1.1 widget. It skips violently over dozens of key features. However, sometimes you just need a very small example that put things in perspective and then google for the rest as you need it. This is that tutorial :)

Thanks for the Web Monday! It was nice. My gut reaction to this presentation: Dojo and Conventions in Programming Languages

@martin v: i Martin, I'm glad you liked the Web Monday. Actually I had first thought to make a longer intro to JavaScript, focusing on the cool parts, to later build upon when explaining Dojo.

I'll have an extended dance-mix on prototype-based vs. 'classy' OO, closures, object literals, et.c. the next Web Monday.

Also, I've replied at length on your blog, giving (I hope) some really good pointers along the way.

See you next time.
